Work one on one with me with online nutrition coaching.

I provide simple, no B.S. nutrition education and recommendations so that you can become the best version of yourself mentally and physically while also having the confidence to maintain this for life. 

I have worked with people of all ages and with various goals ranging from weight loss to optimizing health to gaining weight/muscle.

My goal is to be the last coach you’ll ever need!

  • Phase 1: build a foundation

    Optimize your metabolism

    Improve overall health (energy, stress, hormones, gut health, etc.)

    Learn foundational skills and tools for future phases and beyond

  • phase 2: work towards goal

    Accountability as we dive deep into working towards your goals

    Whether the goal is weight loss, optimal health, performance, gaining muscle/weight, this is where we start taking bigger steps towards these goals

    Results will be accelerated because of your work and prep during phase 1

    Save time and avoid making mistakes that you would normally make on your own

    Individualized nutrition goals to optimize your results

  • Phase 3: sustainability

    Return to metabolic homeostasis/baseline (i.e. reverse dieting if in a cut or cutting calories back down if in a bulk - a non-negotiable part of the dieting process

    Solidify sustainable habits and skill acquisition so that you can take what you’ve learned and apply it to your life autonomously

    Retrain your intuition to avoid returning to what you did before coaching

PRICING

Sessions are sliding scale no questions asked:

Program frequency and my involvement will be determined based on each individual’s needs, goals. Sessions will be sold in 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month packages.

*Discounts will apply if combined with personal training and/or somatic coaching.

*5% of all private coaching fees are redistributed to support the accessibility fund which helps low-income people afford coaching and other wellness services.

*Anyone who refers someone who signs up for coaching with me will receive 1 free session per person.

*If you renew/buy a package before your current sessions run out you will get a 10% discount if desired.

The following are recommendations on how to determine where you may lie on the sliding scale:

If you identify most with the left bottle, it would be encouraged to pay the full/near full amount for sessions. Those people who pay in full make the sliding scale possible, thank you for your solidarity!

If you identify most with the middle bottle, then you would lie somewhere on the sliding scale continuum based on what you can afford and what you feel each coaching session is worth. 

If you identify most with the right bottle, then you are eligible to make use of the access fund (when funds are available). This fund is very limited and designed to subsidize costs for folks who would not be able to afford this service out of pocket.
