Work one-on-one with me online or in person. I also offer semi-private training, small group coaching, and corporate wellness services.

My coaching is built around individualized programming with a clear rationale behind every decision. Every program is designed around your goals, training history, lifestyle, movement patterns, and unique needs.

We begin with a comprehensive assessment that helps identify strengths, limitations, and priorities. Assessments are repeated throughout the coaching process as needed to track progress and ensure your program continues to evolve alongside you.

Together we will work to create a program that is tailored specifically to your goals and needs. There is no one size fits all when it comes to health and wellness. The human body is a system of dynamic subsystems that integrate into extreme complexity and what works for one person might not work for another. Context is key.  

My approach combines strength training, biomechanics, mobility, pain science, and movement education to help you build a body that is strong, adaptable, and resilient. Whether your goal is improving performance, reducing pain, returning from injury, building muscle, increasing confidence, or simply feeling better in your body, we'll create a plan that supports where you are and where you want to go.

I am no stranger to working with individuals who are hypermobile and those diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS). As someone who personally navigates hEDS and chronic pain, I understand the unique challenges that can come with feeling unstable, injury-prone, or limited by your body. My goal is to help you develop strength, stability, body awareness, and confidence so you can participate more fully in the activities that matter to you.

Over the past 8+ years, I have coached individuals of all ages and experience levels, from complete beginners to competitive and professional athletes. I have extensive experience working with hypermobility, EDS, chronic pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, knee pain, spinal cord injuries, and other complex movement challenges.
