Many of us spend years operating from automatic patterns that were developed to help us navigate stress, uncertainty, pressure, pain, and difficult life experiences. While these patterns may have once been protective, they can eventually contribute to anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, chronic pain, self-doubt, and a persistent feeling of being stuck.

My coaching combines the Enlifted Method (the stories we tell ourselves), somatic coaching, breath, nervous system regulation, movement, pain science, and expressive writing practices to help you better understand these patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.

Together we will explore the relationship between your thoughts, language, emotions, physiology, behaviors, and lived experiences. By increasing awareness of these patterns, we create opportunities to respond differently and build greater resilience, flexibility, and self-trust.

As a trauma-informed coach, I strive to create a supportive environment that respects your unique experiences, honors your autonomy, and allows change to unfold at a pace that feels sustainable.

I am passionate about holding space for the body’s wisdom to come through. I trust that given the right space, time, support, and permission, our bodies know how to heal and repair. Rather than focusing on fixing yourself, our work centers around developing awareness, building capacity, and creating a stronger relationship with yourself and your experiences.
