PERSONAL TRAINING

Work one on one with me in person or online.

Individualized fitness programming that has a detailed why behind every decision made.

Everything I do is built off an initial assessment that will be repeated regularly to assess progress and to ensure your programming is up to date.

Together we will work to create a program that is tailored specifically to your goals and needs. There is no one size fits all when it comes to health and wellness. The human body is a system of dynamic subsystems that integrate into extreme complexity and what works for one person might not work for another. Context is key.

I specialize in biomechanics and integrating mobility principles into strength training.

I also have a special interest in helping individuals who are hypermobile and/or diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome learn how to strengthen, stabilize, and create a resilient body to combat risk of injury and pain so that they can live a limitless life inside and outside the gym.

I have over 7 years of experience creating fitness and nutrition programs for individuals of all ages and experience levels. I have experience coaching and training athletes of all ages and levels (youth through professional athletes). I also have experience training individuals with various injuries and health conditions such as Lyme disease, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS), hypermobility, chronic back/low back pain, knee pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, and spinal cord injuries.

PRICING

Sessions are sliding scale no questions asked:

Program frequency and my involvement will be determined based on each individual’s needs, goals. Sessions will be sold in 3 month, 6 month, and 12 month packages.

*Discounts will apply if combined with nutrition and/or somatic coaching.

*5% of all private coaching fees are redistributed to support the accessibility fund which helps low-income people afford coaching and other wellness services.

The following are recommendations on how to determine where you may lie on the sliding scale:

If you identify most with the left bottle, it would be encouraged to pay the full/near full amount for sessions. Those people who pay in full make the sliding scale possible, thank you for your solidarity!

If you identify most with the middle bottle, then you would lie somewhere on the sliding scale continuum based on what you can afford and what you feel each coaching session is worth.

If you identify most with the right bottle, then you are eligible to make use of the access fund (when funds are available). This fund is very limited and designed to subsidize costs for folks who would not be able to afford this service out of pocket.
